### Connecting Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to SpeakOut Data Network ###

After installing the sim card and subscribing to a 30 day data plan, my Note 4 did not directly connect to the data service. I followed the "data settings" from the speakout7eleven.ca support page but I was not getting any data connection until I made a setting change (thanks to another forum user). The main change I made was to change the "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" to use "IPv4 only" (instead of "IPv4/IPv6"). Now I get the 3G data connection!

Here are my exact Samsung Galaxy Note 4 settings and I hope this solves your data connection issue.

From your Samsung Note 4 phone:
(1) Settings (icon) --> More Networks --> Mobile Networks --> Access Point Names (APN)
(2) Select the APN name you created and it will open up a page called "Edit access point" that corresponds to your APN name. Set all the fields to match these settings. I left my comments in round brackets below too. It worked for my unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in the Toronto area. Good luck!
