looking for help. added the data package with SO today and im just trying to configure my phones apn

does the phone have to be unlocked from rogers to change the info? i have found the info that needs to be changed but the phone doesnt let me change it.

Here are the APN details (found under Settings -> Wireless & network settings -> Mobile networks):

Name: Speak Out (can be whatever you want though)
APN: goam.com

help please. cant change the apn name or other info, just stays on rogers
