Is Fido, Chatr using Roger network?
If I got a used Fido or Chatr cell phone , without unlocking it, and I just buy a new Speakout SIM card, is it working in Speakout network ?

Fido and Chatr use the Rogers network. Most of these brand's locked phones should work with Speakout SIM cards, though some older 4 years plus locked phones may not work with Speakout.
