I have an existing prepaid fido cellphone number and like to keep this cell phone number…can I transfer this number to a new sim card speak easy account?: if I can how do I this….

Just talk to a Speakout CSR, and ask them to port your your FIDO number over. Make sure you have your FIDO phone bill, account number, logins/passwords or anything FIDO related handy to give to the Speakout CSR.
Your FIDO account needs to be in good standing, and FIDO will probably bill you for the last month.

thanks…but the fido account is a prepaid as you go card…does that make a difference? I refill only 10.00 when minutes run out…but I want to transfer the phone no to speakout 25.00 plan with no monthly forced refill…
can I transfer the phone number? thanks

thanks …called speakout… I can port my number from fido to speakout…no problems…just activate the sim car and use the temporary number and then call back 1866 310 1023 c/service and they will port number, takes 3 days …cheers
