I have the T-mobile micro SIM that I have use it in my trip to New York last month, it still has $6.60 balance in the account. The sim itself cost me $10. it will expire in Aug 14, 2013, (base on my last refill plus 90 days), you can use this anywhere in US.

I use the sim with the pay by day plan $2/day, you will get unlimited call in US, unlimited Text and unlimitied data in 2G (not the fastest, but I find it is good enough for email, web browsing, GPS and google map), I did try the 3g for $3/day, but it depend on your phone, most of the time you only get 2g.

I have 2 option if you want to rent my sim card. You base on how many day that you will use the sim and refill the account yourself, their minimal is $10 (that is good for 5 days), just go to any store and pay them cash or credit card for any amount over $10, last time I just add $12 for 6 days is ok too.
You have to pay me $20 as the deposit, if my account still has $6.6 balance, I will refund you $18, that mean you only pay me $2 to rent my sim card.)
if you do not return the card or it get lost, I will keep your $20.
I will loan the sim holder if you need to us normal sim size card.

Or you can just buy my sim card with the $6.6 credit in the account for $16, this case you can use it right away in US, and don't worry about the return. (Must start to use it before Aug 14, 2013 and refill it yourself )

if you are interested. (make sure it is before Aug 1. otherwise the sim will expire Aug 14.
please email to output123@gmail.com
I am in Toronto, Ontario. (need to pay extra, if I have to mail it, but it will be a small fee, since this is very small)
thanks.

No need to use it as I understand it. Just refill through Walmart or others online and it will stay active and loaded.
