Logged into My Account today and decided to look at the Monthly Plans and found this a the bottom of the page:

Effective summer 2013, the unlimited mobile web browsing plan will be discontinued. We are working on new plans so keep checking back! More information will be available at the beginning of September.

Ya just noticed this too. Funny as I forgot to reload my account (I use minutes so little but text and email/web a lot) and lost my UMB as I was below $10.

Called 2 days ago to re-add it and the agent didn't mention this and happily re-added it.
