My PC phone won't take and make any calls today. It says "service unavailable". If you dial 611, it says the same thing plus "please contact CS6155", which I have no idea what it is.

Any hint?

P.S. Anybody can post the customer serivce land line # in toronto?

There was a network-wide outage yesterday, however, it was resolved late afternoon. My phone works fine right now. It seems the problem you're experiencing is something else.
