What number do I call from my cell phone to access my voicemail?
I use my own phone, so pressing 1 is not an option. I know u can access free from landline, but sometimes its not an option.

Thanks

dial your own number from your SO phone, or call 416 274-2817 (and follow the prompts).

You need to press # to get into your menus also, otherwise, you end up leaving a voice mail.

I tried dialing my own number from your SO phone, but it just disconnects does not even ring… , is that right?
416 274-2817 works.

Thanks

having similar problem, can not dial 1 or my own number from headset to access voicemail.
called in customer support
the first person I spoke with won’t give me the access number
told me that pressing one on the original petro phone is the only way in the world to check voicemail via petro phone, it’s a “preprogrammed” number

that is stupid response
1) because who the hell uses their boring phones?
2) what if the phone can not turn on or lost?
3) and if you port in a new number?

so I called in again, a different representative spoke with me, asked me to turn off the phone temporary so they can reprogram the SIM

so if you guys still have your petro phone, and want to avoid hassles, make sure you get your voicemail number first before you throw away the petro phone, apparently they don’t operate the same as speakout whereas you can just dial your own number to go to voicemail.

Read # 15a on the home page of this site. That may help.
