I've never taken advantage of number portability before this, but I'm curious if there is any way to port my speakout number to a new petro-canada account, then port another number to the speakout sim. Or maybe to just swap numbers between a speakout and petro-canada account.

I'll be porting my speakout number to a new petro-canada account in any case, due to the rate hike, but it would be nice if I could pass the speakout sim on to someone else.

From what I know, after you port your number, the old SIM becomes a dud.
