Hello,
I noticed that petro's website list $100 top up as 440 minutes instead of 400 minutes. I am wondering how does the bonus minutes work, do you see a $110 balance instead of $100 or just each minutes cost 25 cents-10%?
Also, if I sign in with their unlimited web browsing plan, will they just deduct from my balance, or do they need to charge separately (which would result in that I need to put more money in the same expire date).

The fee for the browser will be deducted from the balance in your account every month until you cancel it. So, yes, you may need to top-up first to have enough in to cover it.
And don't forget to also leave enough in to cover the monthly 911 fees which are also deducted automatically every month.

It's a 10% bonus on the $100 activation. When you activate, your account balance will increase by $110.

I am the OP, I can confirm back that when you top 100, your balance will show 110. I just did it, right before they took off the unrestricted data and I am hooked for some time. lol:.
