Hi,

Am traveling to USA then Canada and would like to get a SIM card (as I have an unlocked phone). Can anyone recommend a simple card based on a 403 number that I can mail order and get access in the US? Rogers has a complicated, phone in process, FIDO charges $2 / min for calls made while roaming in US – are there other options?

Get a tracphone or net10 phone for about $30, which comes with 300 minutes of air time. You can forward your 403 number to the US number for about 30 cents a minute.
