Hi,
I have a Speakout phone, but I bought a Rogers voucher by mistake, and I can't quite seem to use it. Does anyone know if they can be used on Fido prepaid accounts, considering they are part of Rogers? Or regular monthly Rogers subscription accounts?
Thanks,
Ben

No, you can only use Rogers vouchers with Rogers, SpeakOut vouchers with SpeakOut, etc.

Thanks for the reply. So that means it won't work for Fido, even if it's the same company? Can I use it for a regular (non-pay-as-you-go) Rogers subscription account?

I would give Rogers customer service a call and ask. I am not familiar with Fido or the Rogers brand, and I've never been a customer of them directly.
Even though they use the same network, they are different companies, and as I said in my earlier post, their vouchers are to be used with only the company that's printed on it. (Rogers voucher = Rogers, SpeakOut voucher = SpeakOut, Fido voucher = Fido, etc)
