There is really no other way but to drive to a 7-11 store to buy airtime?! No exceptions what-so-ever?

People sell airtime on the Phone Exchange forum part of this site from time to time. Look there.

300? I need to travel 3000 km to get a card, I live in Nova Scotia. Fortunately, my sister lives in Calgary, so I am set! Do you have family close to a 7 eleven?

I emailed to ask about this, also having no way to purchase airtime now that all the stores around me have closed. Their response was:
"Yes there are still are plans. We have just started construction of our new web site to offer online sales and all things going well will launch late June of this year"
So here's hoping it's actually up this year.

Thanks for the update.
This will really help those in Quebec, Atlantic Canada, and the Ottawa area.

If there are plans, they surely aren't in any hurry. A lot of people were hearing that there was going to be another way to purchase vouchers this summer but nothing has changed obviously. They refuse to give out any ETAs over email and basically tell you tough luck if you don't have any relatives that live near a 7-11.
