I wanted to do an online top-up, but the website is down for maintenance. Does anybody know for how long that will stay down? My account expires tomorrow, I suppose I can do it tomorrow as well, when I can visit a store next town.

No one knows how long the site will be down. You can either visit the store, or maybe call customer service to see if they can top up your account.

Speaking of website issues, I've been getting malware alerts ( Invisible IFrame Injection ) whe checking the promotuib page for the last 3 weeks. What's the deal with that?

My guess is either your machine is infected, or you have a really over active virus checker.

The official web site is back on line.
No mention of new data plans, or the existing-but-soon-to-be-discontinued UMB plan either.
I guess we just have to be patient...
