I've been to numerous 7-11s all over Calgary and none of them want to split up the $100 airtime (I want a $25 and a $75). They say they got a note from head office that they're not allowed to do that and the POS (point of sale or something else if you wish ) system will only give the $74 discount on a $100 airtime purchase. Has anyone had any success out there getting their $100 airtime split? Especially in Calgary? If so, which 7-11?

I had the same problem in Winnipeg. Finally i had a friendly guy who said no but Sorry. So i figured since he was a nice guy i asked him to try it. He tried it and the discount was applied. i received 25 and 75.

I (well, actually it was my neighbor who is also on SO (because of me)) found a 7-11 that did it. He must have sweettalked the sales clerk though because I went to the same one earlier and it was a no-go for me. :b Life is good.
