I am not a SO user (yet). With less than one week to go on this offer, I am thinking now is the time to pull the trigger. Is this a common offer? Any foresight as to better deals on the horizon? I already have a decent unlocked phone I intend to use, and the current lineup of phones does not interest me.

The deal seems to come up once or twice a year, sometimes a free phone is included. I do not see any real benefit in waiting though. Especially since you have no real need for another phone.

what ? never seen that. The best I remember is 25 bonus + free 1661 with SIM which I sold for 20 bucks.
