I see at the top of this forum it lists the 5130 as $139
I just bought one a few days ago at the orangeville ontario location, it was $119. I also bought a $50 card, got the $20 off voucher as well. Total with taxes was $168 for the phone and $50 card.
Just wonder if the price of the phone went down, or this is a special thing with that location…

Geez, you're absolutely right, I didn't even notice that before. I got one on June 12 in Oshawa and I paid $168.37. The total includes $149 for the phone and $50 voucher, + 13% tax on the $149. They charged $119 for the 5130 *before* the $20 off deal…double dealing?
Edit: Actually, now that I check the SO site out, they charged the correct amount. I probably did check it out a month ago, but forgot…somehow I do remember the phone being $99 overall in the combo deal.

so it is this forum that has the wrong price. But one other thing I noticed on the official site, it says it comes with $20 of airtime, when it really only came with $5 of airtime. Think I should complain to see what they will do?

I didn't see that $20 before, did a quick search and didn't see it, I only recall the $5. I know some (not SO) PAYG phones only come with $2 of airtime now, down from the $5 they used to have, and just enough to activate more airtime… Where'd you see the $20?

Either they have fixed the ad or you read the "20 minutes of airtime" to be $20.00
When I click any of the phones they all say 20 Minutes — which is $5.00

I've removed the pricing from the Phones page. The goal of the page is to be provide some extra information on the phones (such as links to reviews) but we'll defer to the official site for communication on pricing.
