Hi can someone tell me? I bought a Speakout plan in Toronto, but moving to Edmonton (AB), I have to change another local cell phone number, sure I dont want to be charged of long distance rate. the question is I have $100 left in my account of my phone, so I can not just drop the phone. Is there anyway can transfer the money to my Edmonton local cell number? and how? thanks

Just call customer service, and tell them you are moving and need a new local Edmonton number put on your SIM card. The money will stay in your account.
