With Rogers Paygo you get free incoming calls from another Paygo user. Is it the same thing with Speakout, or do both have to pay airtime to call and receive a call?
Also, are you billed by the minutes or by the seconds?

You both have to pay airtime to call and receive the call between the two of the SpeakOut account users. As far as I know, all the different mobility company's prepay services are billed by the minutes.
