Do I need the Browsing add on to check email on phone?

I hardly use the internet on my phone but every now and then do check email & upload pictures to send via email. Do I need to pay the extra 10 for this?

If you are checking your email when wifi is not available, then yes, you need the $10 browsing add-on.
A thing to note is that the $10 browsing only allows TCP port 80 and 443. If you are connected to your email server using IMAP for example, then it will not work. So it would work if you are checking email using a web browser or using email app that connects to port 80 (e.g connecting to Microsoft Exchange).
