Any consideration being given to allowing customers to purchase airtime over the phone instead of only at the 7-11 store ?

I don't think so. I think the purpose is to get people into their stores.

It wouldn't. All he wants to do is buy airtime top-ups.
In addiion to being able to buy airtime over the phone it would be a good idea to be able to do so online.

It would be cool to be able to see account information online too maybe with your voicemail password. Like what phone calls you made and how much they cost and statements. Speak Out would probaly never do it though because of hosting. I guess they could charge a small fee for it though.

This topic has come up a couple times on this site. I think someone mentioned that 7-Eleven might be bound by its contract with Rogers to *not* set up online and/or phone account management. While that could just have been pure speculation, I've learned to temper my expectations when it comes to Speak Out.
