If I get $50 worth of SO airtime, can I sell $25 worth to a friend or someone else?

I know you can sell a SO SIM card and a SO phone. How about SO airtime?
If so, how do you go about it?

If you buy $50 of airtime, then a receipt will print with a pin number that's good for $50. You can not ask for two $25 pin numbers to be printed on a $50 airtime voucher.
When the pin number is entered in the phone, the SpeakOut system knows the monetary value of the pin number.
