I asked the folks at SpeakOut if they had an upcoming holiday promotion & this is their reply:

I also got the same email from Speakout with no details about the promo.An empoyee at my local store said she heard the promo will be buy $100 in airtime between Nov.16th and Dec.31st and get $75 off any phone.Have to wait and see I quess.

They run that promo at that time every year for Christmas buyers. You can bank on it.

A 7-11 employee told me that when you buy the 5200 ($150) you get $100 of airtime.
She also said it starts November 16th.

I am good friends with the manager of the closest 7-Eleven to me. It is literally just a couple hundred feet away. He told me the same. The promo starts on Nov 16th. Be sure to get your free phone soon, because they usually sell out very quickly.
